Cancellation and refunds
Cancel up to 24 hours before your appointment and it is free. A free cancellation is refunded automatically, in full, to the payment method you used.
Inside 24 hours a cancellation is allowed, but it is refundable only when the salon cancels. A refund is approved by the owner or a manager, goes back to the original payment method by default, and can never be more than the amount captured less refunds already completed.
When the salon cancels part of a multi-service booking, only the services performed are charged and the rest is refunded pro-rata, deposit included. A reschedule picks a new slot under the same notice rules and releases the old slot immediately. If the hold on the new slot expires, your original appointment is untouched.
The 24-hour cutoff is measured in India Standard Time.

We use your details to take and deliver appointments, issue invoices, send reminders and give support.

- You can export your data or ask us to delete your account from your privacy settings.
- A deletion is approved by the owner and anonymises your profile and booking history.
- Invoices and payment records are kept for 8 years under Indian tax law and are not removed by an account deletion.
