Yes. Pick a specific stylist in the booking wizard, or choose 'Any available' and the salon assigns the first stylist free at your time.
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before your appointment, in Asia/Kolkata time. Inside 24 hours no refund applies unless the salon cancels. Full terms are on the Policies page.
